Terms and Conditions:
Info:
- I can deny your commission if I am uncomfortable with the
suggested content.
- It is encouraged for you to provide references, I will not however
work with AI generated media.
- The time that the artwork may take to finish, can vary.
In some cases it might take up to over a month.
Payment:
- Once you requested a commission slot, your order will be put on
the next open slot. Once I am able to start working on your comission,
I will send out an invoice to your paypal address.
- You must pay 50% of the commission cost up front.
- After you have made this payment, I will start work
on your commission.
- I will show you a sketch of the piece. At this stage, you can ask
for any adjustments, corrections etc and I will make them for free.
- If at this stage you change your mind, and want to cancel
the commission entirely, I will keep the initial payment as a labour
cost and cancel the commission.
- Once you are happy with the sketch, I will charge the remaining 50%
cost of the commission. Once payment is finalised, I will finish your
commission.
- You will then be shown the final commission. You can ask for small
adjustments at this point (such as the colour of certain parts, etc)
and I will do them for free. Any larger adjustments, such as
character pose, species, etc, will cost more.
- Once you are happy with the final commission, I will send you the
high-res final images and consider it done. Thank you!
Usage:
- Artwork is done under the assumption you are a private person.
I retain full rights to the artwork - you cannot use it for
commercial purposes such as selling them as a t-shirt design, useing it
for book or album covers, etc etc.
- You can, however, use your commissions on your social media, as an
avatar, etc etc.
- My rates are different for pieces meant for commercial work,
so please contact me if you would like me to do some work for you
commercially.
- You cannot, under any circumstances, use my work for NFT's,
AI Data Training, or anything relating to AI generation.
